At CMAIO, all products are made-to-order through our print-on-demand partner. Because of this, we currently do not offer returns or refunds for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.
Please read carefully before ordering:
- All items are produced only after an order is placed
- Orders are non-returnable and non-refundable
- We strongly recommend checking the size chart and product details before purchase
- Minor color variations may occur due to screen and lighting differences
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
In line with our fulfilment partner’s policy, we only offer replacements in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged
- Product received has a manufacturing defect
- You receive an incorrect item
To request a replacement:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share your order ID
- Provide clear photos showing the issue
Once verified, a replacement will be issued.
Refunds will not be provided.
Order Cancellations & Modifications
- Orders cannot be cancelled, changed, or modified once placed
- Production begins immediately after confirmation
Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability
- If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead
